Your MASTER Plumber
Licensed Master Plumber, Shawn Balsiger, has worked in commercial plumbing in the Portland Oregon area for 18 years.
During his career, leading commercial projects from the ground up, Shawn has worked on hotels, hospitals, schools, care facilities and more.

In the summer of 2021, while on a road trip,
life took a turn and brought Shawn and an already Duck Creek resident, Shauna Mack
("Your local Realtor" w/ Pine Time Properties)
together creating a new chapter in their lives!
​
In 2023, Shawn and Shauna joined talents and started "Duck Creek Plumbing" to provide an additional service to the area. As partners, they are excited to focus their business towards the needs of residents here locally while continuing to contribute to Duck Creek's overall residential and commercial needs.

We're LOCAL Residents!
As full time residents, living right here in Duck Creek Village, we know all the challenges of living at 8500 ft. and we understand the community's need for services. In the past few years the demand for services of all types have outnumbered the service providers! This is what prompted us to share our skills and services in Duck Creek and the surrounding areas.
While Shawn leads DCP and Shauna works as your local Realtor, we also enjoy all that Duck Creek has to offer spending our free time fishing, boating, hunting, snowboarding and motoring out on the trails! We look forward to creating long lasting personal relationships with our clients while providing an additional and alternative resource for your plumbing needs!
